Normally I'd disagree but I'm ready for the best of whatever you have.
[ Snow sits, letting out a heavy breath and rubbing her face with her hands. ]
Our last real conversation was telling her about being awake during the curse. If I'd known she was leaving I...certainly wouldn't have left things there.
[ But that's the kicker. They don't know. They never know; things are just as uncertain here as they can be at home. ]
[Much like the bar in the mayoral mansion, only the very best is stocked in Wonderland's version of it. As she pours Snow's drink, she looks up with a frown.]
There are worse conversations you could've left it on. [How ominous.] And you have the benefit of knowing that conversation turns out okay when it finally happens.
[Joining her on the couch, Regina hands Snow her drink -- very strong and right up Snow's alley -- and sits back with her own.]
But I'm sure you're tired of hearing about how things are in the future.
Honestly? [ She takes the drink with a murmur of thanks before holding it in her hands and letting out a breath. ] I am. It's nice, knowing I do have something good to look forward to, I suppose. But without knowing how long I'll be here before I even get to go through it, that doesn't help.
[ Snow finally takes a sip of the drink, then a longer one because yes, it's definitely top shelf. ]
You being a bartender really isn't that far off. You know how to make a good drink.
No, I know where the best ones come from. Mixing is another story.
[In fact, she might be violently resisting anything that connects her to this bartender identity because that's not her. Which is the point, but still.
Taking a sip of her own drink, she eyes Snow for a moment.]
...I know you just said you were sick of hearing about the future. [A beat.] But what if I show you part of it, so you know it's real?
[Regina smiles and gives a nod. Setting her glass down, she fetches a dreamcatcher from one of the drawers. Giving it to Snow to hold, she focuses her magic and thoughts on Emma'swedding, though it does indeed end before the curse hits.
[ Snow watches, with her heart in her throat and tears in her eyes, she watches everything she has to look forward to. Every now and then she has commentary - her dress is beautiful - and when it's over, she needs a moment. Through Regina's memories she was even able to see her beautiful baby boy, and truly this is all she wants. It's why she wants to go home, even if just for a week Wonderland time as other people describe. She wants to live this, all of it, and get to the happy endings.
Clearing her throat, Snow sniffles and wipes at her eyes. ]
[Showing Snow the singing is embarrassing as hell, but it's part of the larger whole. Part of showing her that the entire town is behind her, behind Emma, behind getting their happy beginning. She watches Snow watching the memory and her heart fills with... not quite joy, but something warm. They've come a long way, even if Snow still has to get there and to know she made Snow this happy? It's a good feeling.]
[ The hug that follows can't be avoided, Snow's sitting too close and she's too fast. Her arms wrap around Regina, eyes closing before she finally pulls away, calm now, less upset and worried. ]
If Emma's going home to live out her life to get to that moment I can't be too upset that she's gone.
And who knows, Wonderland turned into Storybrooke once. It could happen again.
[After a moment of thinking, she draws the memory of Emma's wedding into the dreamcatcher. There's probably a spell to do that without Regina herself losing the memory? Whatever the show is over I can do whatever I want.]
[ Snow has no idea what she did to deserve all of this, and she smiles so gratefully, eyes suspiciously wet as she reverently takes the dreamcatcher. ]

[She leads Snow to the couch, and once she's seated, moves over to the bar.]
I know it's early, but I think the situation calls for a drink.

I...think that would depend on what part you'd be showing me.

Thank you, Regina, so much.

After that, everything's good, Snow. [A beat.] Until Henry grows up. So that's at least a decade of nothing going wrong.

[ Snow laughs just a little, wiping at her eyes and letting out a soft breath. ]
Thank you, Regina. It does make me feel better, and being here, it's really...well. It could be worse. It could always be worse.

Now you can watch it whenever you want, Snow.

Regina, thank you. This means everything to me.
